Today we work with 202 Manx farms to produce the very best local beef, lamb and pork. We know all our farmers personally, which underpins exceptional quality right the way through from pasture to plate.

We’re proud of our provenance: the lush green pastures of the Isle of Man – the only entire nation to enjoy UNESCO world biosphere status. We are proud of our products themselves: award-winning, fully traceable beef, lamb and pork produced to the highest of standards.
